Sindani&Co is an organization that aims to redefine the world’s newest nation,
South Sudan, by developing and facilitating programs in the arts, education and
business development for the benefit of the community. We create events,
projects and learning programs for the youth to develop and expand their skills in
the arts and entrepreneurship on a national and international level.

THE POSITION
We are seeking a highly creative individual with a passion for social media. Our
ideal hire would be someone who is able to present our brands to an international
audience, has a great sense of what visuals work well on social media and who is
proactive, positive and with a great work ethic.

KEY JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
● Developing social media campaigns
● Creating content based on the company’s requirements
● Posting content for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
● Creating content based on the company’s requirements
● Updating content across various social media channels
● Tracking metrics analytics of campaigns and form strategies
● Communicating developments and strategies with managers

QUALIFICATIONS
● Professional work experience as a social media creator and manager
● Proficiency in written English
● Expertise in Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok
● Ability to use smartphones, cameras and computers
● Experience with graphic design
● Excellent copywriting skills
● Great communication skills
